We guarantee to provide a high quality finish implementing full inspection requirements of all our clients' standards. Our facilities include a large state of the art Modular Blast Room with a full recycling and recovery system. A heated spray booth with a dry filtration extraction unit measuring 36m in length x 15m wide x 8m high. An excellent layout room providing us with the best possible turnaround of contracts and a large storage area, with a large lifting capacity including two gantry cranes (15t & 5t lifting capacity).

We currently provide:

• Grit, Garnet and glass bead blasting
• Paint spraying Airless & conventional
• Thermal spraying (Arcgen system)
• Intumescent coatings
• NACE level 2 and ICORR Level 2 trained paint inspectors

Approved Standards:

• NORSOK specification (submersed, splash zone, above water).
• Network Rail specifications.
• Highways Agency.
• Petrochemical specification (external & internal lining application).
• Belzona Polymeric ceramic coating applications.
• All work carried out and audited by notifiable Body SGS to ISO 9001.
