Port Talbot-based Celtic Beat School of Dance, a community based dance school has been boosted by the support of E.G. Lewis Group ahead of the Dance World Cup.
The dance school located in the heart of Port Talbot, run classes with students from age of three to 22. In October 2018, a number of the dance school students auditioned for Team Wales to enter the Dance World Cup 2019, with 17 members of the school being selected to represent Wales in the prestigious Dance World Cup.
Celtic Beat School of Dance has received funding from businesses [including E.G.Lewis Group] which has gone directly into the sponsorship of the Welsh national kit for each dancer whilst supporting the tracksuits worn by the dancers.
The Dance World Cup, which takes place in Braga, Portugal from 28th June to 6th July 2019 includes over 5000 dancing participants from 53 countries across the globe.
Steve Jenkins, Operations Manager at E.G.Lewis Group had this to say regarding the sponsorship;
“We are delighted to invest in this local community group as well as supporting the local dance talent of the future, and so we were more than happy to offer support to a neighbouring dance school.
“We wish the entire Welsh dance group the best of luck for the finals."
