E.G. LEWIS GROUP SELECTED AS JUDGE FOR THE WALES RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS AWARDS 2019

E.G. Lewis Group are delighted to announce that we have been selected to join the panel of judges for the Wales Responsible Business Awards 2019, which will be hosted by The Development Bank of Wales at its offices in Cardiff and will take place on Wednesday 20 March, 2019.

The Wales Responsible Business Awards celebrate and champion the inspiring businesses throughout Wales who make a difference by taking action to build inclusive workplaces, stronger communities and address environmental challenges.

E.G. Lewis Group became a championing responsible business and building healthy communities by joining the UK’s largest and most prestigious responsible business network back in September 2018.

By becoming a member of Business in the Community Cymru, E.G. Lewis Group has committed to being an advocate of responsible business and to be the best it can be in delivering social, environmental and economic sustainability across all areas of the business.

From a shortlist of twenty-two companies from across Wales, eight businesses were recognised as the winners of the 2018 Wales Responsible Business Awards in which were as follows:

The BITC Cymru Responsible Large Business of the Year - ACT Training
The Welsh Government Responsible SME of the Year Award - Brecon Carreg Mineral Water
The NPTC Group of Colleges Education Award - Principality Building Society
The Wales & West Utilities Community Partnership Award - IKEA Cardiff
The ACT Training Talent Development Award - Do Digital Realities
The Dŵr Cymru Environment Award - Castell Howell Foods
The Volunteering Impact in Wales Award – Trivallis
The Wales & West Utilities Wellbeing at Work Award in Wales - Bluestone National Park Resort
