THE SWANSEA CITY COMMUNITY TRUST, THE SWANS’ REGISTERED, CHARITY IS LOOKING TO RECRUIT A HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OFFICER & YOUTH WORKER.

Job title: Youth Worker

Hours: Part time (17.5hours) Fixed Term, initially fixed term until 31st August 2019, continuation beyond this date is subject to performance and funding.

Place of work: Initially based at NPTC College (Neath Campus) with outreach work across South Wales

Job Title - Health and Wellbeing Officer

Location: YMCA Neath and South Wales Area

Responsible to: Employability manager

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st August 2020, extension dependent on funding

Working Hours: 21 hours per week 

Salary: £22,000.00 pro rata (£13,200 actual)
