E.G.LEWIS GROUP INTRODUCE WELLBEING WHEEL FOR EMPLOYEES

8 JANUARY 2020 14:40

South Wales based specialist industrial contractor, E.G.Lewis Group, is delighted to introduce its new wellbeing wheel for employees.

Employee wellbeing is a key issue that companies are striving to address to ensure that their employees remain happy and motivated at work. After all, a happy workforce is a productive workforce.

Now is a great time for to start considering ways in which you can make this year your best yet. And while New Year’s resolutions might seem like a great way to set goals for the year ahead, it’s believed that by February a whopping 80% of people have failed to stick to theirs.

And so, rather than compiling a list of achievements that you want to tick off during the new year, instead think about embracing new habits that will help transform your life from the start of the new decade. From pledging one hour of exercise per day to honing a healthy morning routine with a cup of tea, the wellbeing wheel provides our people with ten simple but effective ways in which you can help improve your wellbeing.

The wellbeing tool will see Business Class partners, Milford Haven Comprehensive School utilise the commandments for its staff within the secondary school as a collaboration that builds lasting partnerships between business and schools in Wales. Those Business Class partnerships, are based firmly on the needs of the school and the priorities of the business, will transform the life chances of young people and develop talented employees for the future.

By bringing business and schools together in a structured way, Business Class improves young people’s understanding of the world of work and their awareness of career choices, and develops their employability skills. Business Class provides holistic support to help schools develop a more effective environment for learners.

Jennifer Turner, Future Leader for Literacy at Milford Haven School had this to say in regards to the collaboration:

“Everyone here at Milford Haven School is excited and hopeful to forge new friendships with the E.G.Lewis Group. Anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you and by kindly sharing your Wellbeing Wheel and your approach to Well-Being as a whole, you appear to be just the type of friend that we have been looking for!”.
